Edet Joshua Tom received his university education from University of Uyo, where he obtained his B.Sc and M.sc in Political Science and Public Administration.

He obtained his Ph.D in Public Administration from University of Calabar. His extensive research and experience in teaching for several years provide him with a unique background for the publication of several Journal Articles, Book Chapters and Books. In this knowledgebase, open access is granted to several of his works.
